EBEW: Pattern mixing

This is my take on today's Everybody, Everywear challenge to wear mixed prints. I decided to go with a silk top (thrifted in Finland), a cotton skirt (Salvation Army, thrifted last week), an old second hand belt, a vintage Miriam Haskell shell necklace, and Fluevog boots.

Oh, this is wonderful. I love the graphic print of the top and everything just looks so cool together.

What a gorgeous necklace!
You really are a brave mixer, it all looks really cool. I should take a leaf out of your book and try my hand at pattern mixing too. :)

Sigh. This is just perfection. The tone and scale of the prints are perfect for each other, and the boots peeping out of the skirt is just awesome. LOVE. I found you through EBEW--stop by and say hi if you have a sec this week!

Oddly I like this outfit! I just read " the latest "; it is now allowed to mix all kinds of prints together, if they belong to the same " color palette ". Looking closely, you do have same colors in the top and skirt, so you are right on the trend :)

This reminds me of the 90s in a good way! And that seashell necklace is divine.

Love it! Even the boots look cool--a real trick, given this weather. The prints mix beautifully.

I absolutely love this. The patterns look so good together, even though I never would have thought of pairing them and those boots are great. I noticed you thrifted a few things, and I host a thrifting link up every week on my blog, each Thursday. Would love for you to stop by and link up tomorrow!

I really love the print of your top, it is so pretty, and plays well with the sweet floral.
